Terms & Conditions:

1. The above quotation is only valid for two weeks from the quotation date and subject to change without prior notice.
2. Event details and visuals to be provided by client, unless stated otherwise. 
   * Event Page Setup will be done within 2 working days provided all required information has been provided. 
   * Howei will not be responsible for any form of delays on Event Page Setup due to insufficient information provided.
3. Payment declaration form will be issued upon confirmation of the above quotation and provision of banking details. 
   * Please ensure every page is initialled and signed on both the quotation and payment declaration form.
4. Any additional work and/or services provided not covered in the above quotation will be charged separately. 
5. Cancellation of event prior to registration opening after event setup is complete will be subject to setup fees. 
6. Cancellation or postponement of event will be subject to penalty fees. 
7. All figures are subject to government tax. 
8. Terms & conditions apply. Howei reserves the right to alter these terms without prior notice.
